**Full Job Description**
Customer Service stars required in Healthcare Industry rotating through mainly night duty (10pm - 7:30am) and some afternoon shifts on a casual basis.
- Based in Unley
- Working over a 7 day a week rotating roster
- Excellent fast paced team environment
Due to rapid growth, we are seeking team members to join our team and have several casual positions available. We would require a minimum of 22.5 hours Monday
- Sunday. The shifts we have available are across all after hours shifts.
**In this role you will**:
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Performing ad hoc duties and projects.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate PC literacy - MS Office.
- A focus on achieving targets within key deadlines.
**Demonstrated experience in a call centre environment would be highly regarded, as would an understanding or awareness of the healthcare, nursing, aged care and NDIS industry.**
