We're seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our dedicated team at our 79-place, not-for-profit early learning service, located in Woy Woy, NSW. This is a permanent part-time position (35 hours/week), with regular non-contact time, access to an RDO, and opportunities to grow your practice and career.

About the Role
As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will take a lead role in designing and delivering a rich, play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0). You'll work in partnership with the Educational Leader and a team of passionate educators to provide meaningful learning experiences that support each child's growth and wellbeing.
You will receive:

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and reflect on the educational program for your room.
* Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children and families.
* Guide and support educators in your team to deliver intentional, child-led learning experiences.
* Maintain accurate, high-quality documentation of children's learning.
* Ensure practice aligns with the National Quality Standard, NSW Child Safe Standards, and the service philosophy.
* Actively contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and continuous improvement processes.

About You
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
* Current NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and collaborative skills.
* Reflective, inclusive, and committed to delivering high-quality practice.
