The Role:
We're seeking a skilled person to join our team as a combined housekeeping and front office operator.
* Clean and reset guest cabins, amenities, and common areas
* Welcome guests and assist with check-ins/outs
* Manage bookings and guest accounts using our reservation system
* Assist with general admin and maintain smooth day-to-day reception operations
* Respond to enquiries and provide local information
* Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure cabins are guest-ready
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in housekeeping and front office hospitality roles
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Tech savvy with RMS experience a bonus
* Flexible with rostered hours across 7 days
* Current driver's licence essential
