All communication must be professional and courteous.Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times by delivering excellent service throughout the guest's stay.Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure villas are immaculate, especially before guest arrivals.Maintain daily communication with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams regarding guest needs.Oversee cleaning and maintenance of villas to prevent guest disturbances.Promote in-house facilities during the guest's stay and recommend outside options when appropriate.Handle flight confirmations, dinner reservations, tour arrangements, and other guest itineraries.Assist other departments as needed to ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally.Work closely with Food & Beverage to ensure consistent service, catering to guest preferences.Stay informed about resort activities and updates across all sections.Assist in training other staff when necessary.Perform any other duties as directed by supervisors.General ResponsibilitiesMaintain high guest satisfaction scores.Develop and implement standards related to SOPs and LQA.Conduct routine inspections of areas under your control.Check all Front Office equipment, including buggies and vehicles, ensuring they are clean and functional. Follow up on repairs and replacements.Coordinate with Purchasing to source needed items, ensuring quality and value.Control costs by preventing property damage and maintaining adequate inventory of supplies.Hotel Safety and SecurityEnsure all fire equipment in the Front Office is operational.Coordinate regular fire drills with Security and communicate safety procedures to guests to prevent complaints.
