About the Sadleirs Finance Team
We seek a driven Accounts Receivable Lead to join our diverse and dynamic Finance team. This is a Head Office role looking after the many business units in the group, thus an opportunity to learn and gain experience in many different industries.

In this role you will be
Reporting for each area of the business clearly highlighting the major issues, including strategies to resolve the issues. Adhere to all relevant accounting regulations and policies
Required to report regularly to your stakeholders, giving updates on all material accounts in administration, undergoing legal proceedings etc
The Subject Matter Expert for any implementation of a new process, system or project
Required to lead, develop, motivate and encourage direct reports to achieve individual, departmental and company objectives
Proactive in providing credit risk recommendations and escalating issues or potential issues to relevant people in a timely manner.
What you'll need
Good communication and negotiation skills, both for internal and external stakeholders
A proven record of process improvement initiatives
The ability to analyse credit risk, and provide appropriate advice and reports to management team
The ability to think "outside the box" and initiate improvements
Have accurate data entry skills and appropriate mathematical ability (calculating adjustments, resolving disputes about relating to charges, assessing financial impacts for recommendations etc.)
Be an advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Including PowerPoint & Word)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage workloads
The ability to operate within a team, work autonomously and unsupervised
