OAC Supplies is a rapidly expanding roofing and construction supplies retail company. We currently have 5 stores across Victoria with steady growth to continue. So we're looking for a new admin expert to join our team in a newly created position.
This role will be in our Geelong Branch full time with occasional requirements to help at other locations if required.
The job description for the new role includes but not limited to:
* Required to be one of the first points of contact via phone and main inbox.
* Manage and distribute emails to all locations as needed and respond to all general customer service and supplies emails
* Assist with managing Accounts Payable / Receivable
* Manage stock entry/ Inventory system
* Manage and update invoicing
* Xero - Bank reconciliation
* Liaise with management and employees from all stores
* Communicate with suppliers and reps as needed
* Communicate with the Accounts team as needed
* Serve customers
* Help manage logistics for incoming containers.
* Be across all tech - Outlook, Square, Xero, Woo-Commerce, ZOHO Inventory & uploading new products
Strengths and skill requirements include:
* Attention to detail
* Critical thinking and ability to prioritise tasks
* Ability to work independently and as a team - people skills are a must
* Experience beneficial in- Outlook, Xero, Managing purchase orders, pos systems and stock management
