Our major development client is seeking a Safety Advisor to provide monitoring, assurance, and advisory services to their Asset Management and Project Delivery teams.
This relationship-focused role requires building trusted connections with external stakeholders and using clear, influential communication to drive safety expectations and compliance across project environments.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide strategic WHS advisory support across complex project and asset environments, with a focus on contractor safety and hazard management.
* Deliver safety assurance activities, including site observations, risk reviews, audits, and safety management system reviews.
* Act as a key point of contact for contractors and clients, influencing safe outcomes
* Observe and evaluate safety culture, facilitating site-specific inductions and promoting leadership involvement.
* Deliver safety assurance activities, including site observations, risk reviews, audits, and safety management plan implementation.
About You:
* Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable) or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
* White Card.
* Strong relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills.
