We're looking for a senior associate with strong front end transactional experience in projects, infrastructure, construction or commercial property to join a boutique legal and consultancy firm on a permanent basis.
Founded by prominent former partners of a top tier global firm, this boutique firm combines legal and consultancy services to clients across several high growth sectors.
Work with an experienced team to provide specialised legal expertise and strategic advisory to public and private sector clients across the infrastructure, construction, commercial, technology, IP, property and philanthropic sectors.

About You:
5-10 years' experience within either a projects, infrastructure, construction or commercial property practice group within a top or mid-tier firm or inhouse environment.
Proven ability to work on complex and high-value matters, providing clients with strategic and legal advice.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
