Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and enable teams in delivering safely by ensuring plans are well designed and resourced, and people are well informed by risk.
* Guide and empower frontline teams to focus on a continuous improvement approach of executing work safely.
* Lead frontline teams to achieve and surpass ambitious goals in terms of quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in leading a team and fostering a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
* Tertiary qualifications in Frontline Management would be well received.
* Trade or engineering qualification.
* Well-developed interactive and engagement skills, including demonstrated leadership techniques and proven routines that foster an interactive and inclusive work environment.
