Job Title: Head of Digital Commerce
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and deliver a comprehensive digital commerce strategy to drive sustainable growth and market leadership.
* Maintain robust forecasting and performance reporting to provide clear visibility of online trading performance.
* Own the delivery of a best-in-class website, ensuring it reflects the brand vision and customer-first philosophy.
* Lead the end-to-end execution of new site functionality, working closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners.
* Drive ongoing conversion optimisation through rigorous experimentation (A/B testing) and supporting advanced personalisation strategies.
* Set the strategic roadmap for SEO, UX/UI, and customer engagement to continually expand the digital customer base.
* Act as the executive owner of major digital projects, accountable for delivery, timelines, and stakeholder management.
* Support the Digital Product team with robust governance frameworks for backlog management, sprint planning, and release cycles.
* Oversee the creation, curation, and execution of dynamic and personalised content across the website, ensuring relevance to customer segments.
* Drive the integration of digital campaigns with brand, marketing, and CRM strategies to create a unified omnichannel customer journey.
* Manage the digital P&L in partnership with the Financial Business Partner.
* Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to elevate fulfilment capabilities.
* Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing digital team, building internal capability and succession pipelines.

* Proven ability to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
* Digital product development expertise, including user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and software development.
