The Change Manager will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders and establishing a positive change journey to successfully implement the ERMS.

The key selection criteria specified below outline the capabilities required for the position. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
**Essential**
- Recognised qualifications in change management.
- Extensive experience in change management, planning, analysis and
implementation.
- End-to-end experience working on large enterprise-wide programs.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role delivering significant system implementation programs, with exposure to iterative and traditional/waterfall Program Management methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in using a defined and structured change management framework (for example Prosci) to effectively deliver program changes. Highly Desirable
- Experience developing strategies for communicating change impacts and efficient change management.
- Experience in organisational change.
- Experience working in and navigating complex environments with diverse stakeholders.
**Highly Desirable**
