About Bass Coast Health:
On 1 January 2026 five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health. A newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians. The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives. The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

Mandatory Requirements
* Entitlement to work within Australia
* A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date
* Provision of valid Working with Children Check
* Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
* Qualifications in an Allied Health discipline
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or where registration is not applicable, eligibility for membership with an appropriate self-regulatory association or body
* Current certificate IV in Training and Development or relevant post-graduate qualifications
* Recent clinical experience and at least 7 years' experience in the relevant profession
* Evidence of continual professional development
* Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative
* Demonstrated experience and commitment to clinical education
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Commitment to inter-professional learning, quality improvement and evidence-based practice
* Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training or willingness to obtain same
* Proficiency in the use of information technology
