Our Health Insurance Advisors offer a comparative service to clients, assisting them in choosing the best health insurance plan for their needs and budget.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establishing the customers' needs through compelling questions and providing health insurance plan options that suit their specific goals.
- Building rapport & ensure our customers have an excellent consumer experience.
- You are resilient & motivated, with the capacity & drive to make various consecutive calls.
- Conducting wishes evaluation through powerful questions and presenting the maximum appropriate merchandise to our clients.
- Offer price & coverage options price with the aid of using highlighting functions and benefits, precise services, and assorted product options.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience with a contact centre or call centre is desirable.
- Previous experience selling insurance or similar products is a plus, **with health insurance comparison experience an absolute standout.**:
