We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Court Services Officer.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of registries within the Court Services Queensland;
* Preparing, processing, and managing correspondence, court documents, and other financial/administrative documents in accordance with legislation and departmental policies;
* Developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, including members of the judiciary and government agencies;
* Providing information to the public and internal/external stakeholders about court services and rules;
* Assisting in reviewing and developing service improvements regarding processes and procedures.
Additional responsibilities may include supervising and mentoring staff, as well as assisting with the review and development of registry services.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations qualification is favourably regarded, and a current open or provisional driver's licence is desirable.

Requirements:
