About the role
You will play a pivotal role in winning and driving new business growth across our Bird Management Solutions.
You will be responsible for identifying and capturing opportunities with new clients leveraging your sales expertise to expand our market presence across Australia.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
* Identifying and prioritizing target accounts, industries and geographic regions to prospect and win
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize solutions
* Managing and delivering sales vs budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results
* Staying informed about industry trends, regulations and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings
* Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities
* Managing and providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management
* Developing and managing account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
* Cultivating a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Our ideal candidate may have:
* Experience selling bird management solutions
* A strategic mindset that is results-oriented
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on winning new business
* High level of communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
