The Opportunity
Pacific Talent Partners has been exclusively retained to appoint a Chief Executive Officer for a private equity-owned global pioneer in marine technology. Based in Hobart, the undisputed industry standard for the international scientific community, this organisation enables the understanding of complex underwater environments for prestigious government bodies, research institutes, and commercial enterprises in over 70 countries.

* Culture & Talent Development: Lead and inspire a highly specialized team of scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation that attracts top‐tier global talent.
* Governance & Compliance: Maintain robust governance frameworks that meet both local standards and the requirements of an international parent company.
