**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Logistics Business based in Melbourne. Working Monday to Friday, you will assist with the Tender coordination process and support Business Development and the Marketing function of Resources and Industrials nationally. As part of the team, you will assist in all matters relating to sales and marketing, business development and customer relationship management. This role will be pivotal with ensuring Resources and Industrials achieve its strategic goals.

**As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will**:
- Create, develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral for the tender and bid team, as well as maintain the creative library.
- Support strategic opportunities that have been identified through engaging with Key Resource Stakeholders.
- Regularly provide support with the sales and business development processes.
- Deliver support to dedicated teams with preparation of major proposals and presentations - implementation of services contracted.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee targeted communications are created to suit customer's needs.

- Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Superior communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Capability to liaise with all levels of management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A collaborative nature, along with being adaptable to an evolving work environment.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
