City Aquatics and Rackley Swimming are currently recruiting for Pool Lifeguard and Customer Service/Sales roles at Kawana Aquatic Centre

*We offer all qualifications internally with great discounts for new & existing employees*

Key Requirements for Pool Lifeguards:

* Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
* Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
* Current CPR and First Aid

Key Requirements for Customer Service/Sales:

* Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
* Computer skills
* Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
* Current CPR and First Aid

Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working with kids in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.

Key Skills:

* High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents.
* Decision-making skills, including the ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives, and communicate decisions.
* Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer experience.
