What You Will Do:
Develop comprehensive training content tailored specifically for the Duck Creek platform.
Deliver engaging training sessions with a specialised focus on claims processes.
Facilitate onsite training programs delivered in intensive two-week blocks.
Utilise your deep understanding of Group Insurance to provide contextually relevant training scenarios.
Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure all training materials align with system functionalities.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Proven experience in developing and delivering training content for the Duck Creek system.
A strong professional background and understanding of Group Insurance.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate face-to-face training in an onsite environment.
Expertise in claims management within a technical platform context.
