Technical Sales Opportunity
This is a technical sales opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients in the Commonwealth and State Governments, as well as energy and other utilities.
You will work closely with our consulting and delivery teams to understand client needs, build trust, and demonstrate the value of our industry-leading solutions. Your goal will be to identify, qualify, prosecute, and close strategic opportunities at the highest decision-making level of our clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of business operations and financial benefits related to technology solutions, and experience in complex multi-product technology sales. You will also need to be able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive pipeline growth and achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
* Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to understand client needs
* Identify, qualify, prosecute, and close strategic opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive pipeline growth
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in complex multi-product technology sales
* Proven track record of success in acquiring new business
* Strong understanding of business operations and financial benefits related to technology solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
* Experience selling IaaS/PaaS solutions at a cloud service provider or partner
* Experience working in a similar role within a large organization
