About the Logan Hub

About the role

As Logan Community Hub Manager, you will have end‐to‐end accountability for the successful operation, activation and performance of the hub. You will manage day‐to‐day operations, steward community and commercial partnerships, and ensure the hub delivers both social impact and long‐term sustainability. * Balance social purpose outcomes with commercial and financial sustainability
* Build trusted relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders and partners
* Lead, coach and support a small on‐site team
* Oversee compliance, financial management, risk, facilities and reporting requirements
* Act as a visible ambassador for SSI and the Logan Hub within the local community

About you

You bring a mix of community leadership, commercial acumen and operational capability, and are motivated by purpose‐driven work.

Essential Criteria

* Experience in community or social infrastructure management, precinct activation, or multi‐service environments
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and forecast revenue and expenditure
* Knowledge of leasing principles, commercial occupancy, and revenue‐generating models for social infrastructure or community hubs
* Proven ability to build and sustain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, business networks, community organisations, and service providers in the employment, training and entrepreneurship sectors
* Balancing social impact with financial and operational sustainability
* People leadership and influence in a complex, community‐facing environment
* Well‐developed judgement, initiative and problem‐solving skills
* A deep commitment to inclusion, equity and community‐led outcomes
* Degree or formal education in related business, commerce or management field
* Experience in community services, social infrastructure, local government, not‐for‐profit or purpose‐led enterprises will be highly regarded
