Plant Maintenance Specialist
Maintain the plant, equipment and facility on a daily basis. Work afternoon and night shifts with a rotating weekend on-call roster.
* Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in a safe condition to ensure workplace safety.
* Effectively work with production and maintenance team members to maximise plant performance across all shifts.
* Participate in preventative maintenance programs to ensure timely completion of maintenance works and minimise unplanned stoppages.
This role requires experience working within a strong safety culture, as well as experience as a maintenance tradesman in a production environment.
You must be competent in welding and fabrication techniques, efficient with powered and hand tools, and have a strong work ethic.
