Position
Maintenance Road Worker
Location
Jandakot or Hazelmere
Rate
$48 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + Super
Hours
Monday to Friday shifts between 6am to 6pm, 80 hours over 9 shifts per fortnight inclusive of 1 RDO each fortnight.
Role Description
Road construction and maintenance team member.
Responsibilities
- Minor road construction tasks.
- Road maintenance, including pothole repairs and replacement of gullies.
- Landscaping work.
- Sign panel and guidepost removal.
- Assistance in traffic management activities.
- Graffiti removal.
- Concreting and pipe laying.
- Operating plant equipment such as excavators and bobcats.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid WA HR Licence.
- Construction Induction White Card.
- National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months or willing to obtain).
- Experience working in high traffic volume areas.
- Strong understanding of safety systems and requirements.
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening.
- Physically fit and capable.
- Basic Worksite Traffic Management Accreditation and experience.
