Customer Service Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our support team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment to our users
* Manage proactive and reactive communication with our users via phone and email
* Address complaints and incidents professionally and efficiently
* Proactively communicate with users to ensure they're getting the most from our community
* Provide timely responses and follow-ups, ensuring seamless continuity when unavailable
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve problems and find resolutions for our users
