Position
HC/ MC Truck Driver / Yardman
Purpose of the Position
Geraldton Hire has an exciting opportunity for experienced Yardman / Delivery Driver at our Geraldton Hire premise.
This position ensures items are ready for hire, the yard is safe, clean, efficient, and tidy, as well as assisting the delivery team to provide reliable truck transport services for our clients.
Geographical Coverage
Regional Western Australia, permanently based in Geraldton.
Licence Requirements
* HR Truck Drivers Licence (minimum), HC and MC preferred
* High Risk Licence - Forklift essential, EWP preferred
* Construction Industry White Card
* Current Police Clearance (obtained within the past 12 months)
Other Abilities
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and with a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional customer service
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
* Assist with deliveries as required - Truck Driver roles included
* Other duties will include but not limited to picking and stacking gear as well as ensuring all vehicles, plant & equipment are kept clean and tidy.
* Assist Hire Coordinator, Hire Administrator as required.
