**About the role**
We are looking for a Product Coordinator to join our growing team.
Revenue NSW is transforming the way NSW Government agencies interact with customers. We are passionate about putting the customer at the centre of everything we do and adopting new technologies to make government work better.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with the broader Revenue Digital team and support us in our product development life cycle and agile delivery.
As?Product Coordinator?you will provide a key support role across multiple product squads to facilitate the efficient operation and delivery of products and services. The work will vary depending on the needs and so you will be challenged each day.
You will have a sound understanding of policies, procedures and guidelines to provide relevant information and ensure compliance with standards and the integrity of service and quality.
**In this role you will**:
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of business, administrative and support services to ensure the needs the team are met
- Prepare a range of documents and reports ensuring accurate and on-time delivery and compliance with organisational standards.
- Collaborate with other team members across the organisation and the cluster and maintain customer relationships to support optimal service delivery and on time delivery of initiatives.
- Oversee the product life cycle management, including planning, tracking and reporting of key metrics.
- Develop, implement, review, recommend improvements to systems, processes and policies.
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Experience within a business support, operations, or project co-ordinator role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and develop stakeholder relationships
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities in a high-volume work environment in order to meet business outcomes.
- A strong planner who can think creatively to resolve problems
- Highly organised with the ability to deliver and contribute to a broad range of initiatives in a changing environment
- A flexible approach to work and with a willingness to learn new skills and developing your strengths

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $106025 base plus superannuation
