Due to continued growth they are looking for experienced Parts Interpreters to join their busy teams.

In this role you will:
* Interpret, quote and sell parts to customers with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain records of customer contact and keep customers updated on order status and delivery expectations.
* Attend to the counter, providing technicians with the parts they request
* Use best practice purchasing and selling processes to ensure maximum returns and profitability of the business.
* Inform service advisors daily with a back ordered parts list and any parts that have arrived early and are ready to be fitted.
* Reciept parts into stock and locate on shelf in correct location
To be considered for the role, you will have:
* Confident communication skills over the phone, in person and in writing
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and problem solve with both internal and external customers
* Strong IT skills and attention to detail
* The ability to work as part of a team
* A current Driver's License
* Previous experience deiserable but not essential
