Leading Accounting Firms in Wagga are actively seeking Administrators, Client Service Officers and Receptionists to join their dedicated Administration Teams. These roles offer the chance to work in a collaborative environment, supporting a range of accounting professionals while furthering your career in the industry.
About the Opportunity:
As an Administrator, CSA or receptionist you'll play a crucial role in these well run teams, supporting each firms different accounting divisions. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and PA support, collaborating with the admin team, and assisting wherever needed.
To be considered you will need to have:
* 12 months experience in administration in an Accounting Firm
* Excellent attention to detail and care for the work you do
* Great organisational skills
* Experience with ATO and ASIC work
* The desire for a long term career opportunity
The roles will involve duties such as;
* Interact with clients and stakeholders, addressing queries and managing client information.
* Prepare client invoices, emails, reports, and various documents.
* Handle phone calls when team members are unavailable.
* Manage diaries and travel arrangements.
* Maintain client records and coordinate mail services.
* Take and distribute meeting minutes.
* Assist in coordinating team workflow to meet deadlines.
* Update internal procedures, records, and templates.
* Handle ad-hoc duties and projects.
