What you will do:

* Collaborate with the Commissioning Manager and partners to execute and develop commissioning strategies for optimising resources.
* Analyse data with the Business Support and Business Intelligence teams to produce insightful reports on performance and costs.
* Facilitate commissioning business processes, including quality assurance and liaison on financial and procurement matters.
* Lead engagement activities with service users, families, and stakeholders to identify service needs and gaps.
* Support procurement processes, including drafting specifications and evaluating tender submissions.
* Conduct research and analysis to support market development and ensure services meet the needs of individuals and carers.
* Provide guidance on commissioned services and prepare analytical reports for various audiences.
* Utilise market data for strategic documents, contributing to service planning and commissioning strategies.
* Ensure productivity and manage information securely through effective IT systems and applications.
* Uphold a culture of inclusivity and high standards, ensuring health and safety for all.
