Reporting to senior leadership, this role plays a critical part in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial decision-making to support the Group's growth and development objectives.You will manage the finance team, oversee financial reporting and cash flow, support major transactions, and provide high-quality financial insights to senior management.Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ComplianceBudgeting & ForecastingCash Flow & Working CapitalTransaction & Funding ManagementLeadership & Team DevelopmentStrategic Financial SupportSystems & Process ImprovementThe successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline and be CPA, CA or equivalently qualified.
Ideally you will bring 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least three years in a leadership role, with strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting and taxation.Experience in residential land development and commercial construction transactions is essential, along with advanced Excel capability and hands-on experience with financial management systems.
The role also requires proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.This is a key leadership role within a growing, development-focused organisation, offering exposure to complex transactions and major projects.
