Available Roles:
- Casual Educator : $35.35 – $43.54/hr
- 2IC Service Manager : $38.09 – $39.34/hr
- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) : $41.83 – $57.87/hr
Casual Educator
- Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (inclusive of casual loading)
- Flexible shifts, Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Support educators and children across all rooms, adapting quickly to different teams and routines
- Permanent role with opportunities for professional growth
- Plan and implement engaging learning activities under the EYLF
2IC Service Manager
- Hourly Rate: $38.09 – $39.34
- Support the Centre Director with daily operations, compliance, and leadership
- Mentor educators and contribute to continuous quality improvement
Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
- Hourly Rate: $41.83 – $57.87 (depending on experience and level)
- Lead curriculum planning and deliver high-quality teaching practices
What You’ll Need
- Educators: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- 2IC Service Manager: Diploma in ECEC (minimum), leadership experience preferred
- ECT: Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current WWCC (WA) and First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship pathways available for eligible roles)
