The Role:
With a pipeline of exciting new projects in both Perth's North and South, we are seeking two experienced Earthworks Supervisors to lead site operations, manage crews, and oversee machinery.

Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate site crews to achieve project targets.
Oversee heavy machinery and plant operations efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and site procedures.
Plan and schedule daily operations to optimise productivity.
Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Mentor and develop team members to build capability and maintain high performance.
Requirements:
Experience in earthworks and civil construction.
Experience in supervising sites, projects & project teams.
Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and plant operations.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
