Lorden Vella is a vibrant and growing construction company based in Braeside. We are seeking a highly organised and energetic Part-Time Office Administrator to support our busy office and project teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys variety and being the go-to person in the office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing, People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support tasks, including:
· Managing the main office mailbox and office email inbox
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Ordering office supplies, supermarket items, stationery and staff uniforms
· Maintaining stationery and uniform registers for head office and sites
· Liaising with IT providers, managing IT issues and maintaining the IT register
· Assisting the finance team with processing invoices and entering receipts into accounting software
· Liaising with office cleaners and coordinating cleaning schedules
· Liaising with telecom providers regarding new services and issues
· Preparing and distributing company meeting minutes
· Managing office birthdays and team celebrations
· Assisting project teams and administration teams as required
· Tracking defects and maintaining relevant registers
· General office upkeep including kitchen organisation and coffee machine maintenance
· Assisting with general administrative tasks and maintaining office registers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
· A proactive and helpful approach to supporting teams
· Previous administration experience (preferred but not essential)
