Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide expert analysis and problem-solving to translate business needs into clear requirements and support solution design. You’ll lead workshops, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational priorities. This role requires strong systems thinking and a data-driven approach to deliver impactful change across processes, technology, and culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse and synthesise information to define business problems and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement refinement sessions, and delivery ceremonies.
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements into user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritise work.
- Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout delivery.
- Prepare the business for change and ensure readiness for implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience using industry-recognised techniques.
- Previous experience in Superannuation and knowledge of SuperStream data standards.
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile or Lean delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio (BPMN), MIRO, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Industry certifications (IIBA CCBA/CBAP, Agile, SAFe).
- Experience with legislative or compliance change.
- Ability to analyse data trends for decision-making.
