Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and resourceful individual to provide technical support within our desktop computing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users, troubleshooting computer OS/peripherals, and handling various PC operating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users in a timely and efficient manner
* Troubleshoot computer OS/peripherals and handle different PC operating systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
* Perform hardware/software installation and understand deployment tools like SCCM
* Maintain basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
* Support printers and have good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and people skills
* Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
* Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
* Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations
