About the opportunity

Join the People Systems team within People & Culture, where you'll play a key role in supporting and optimising our HR technology. As a P&C Application Consultant, you'll provide specialist configuration and administration expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, while also supporting other core people platforms such as recruitment, learning and safety systems.

What you'll deliver with us

As a P&C Application Consultant,you'llplay a key role in configuring,administeringand optimising HR technology platforms, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD and related people systems. Success in this role means ensuring systems run smoothly, meet evolving business needs, and provide a seamless experience for employees and HR teams.You'llwork closely with People Systems Product Owners, P&C Centres of Excellence, Technologyteamsand external vendors,you'llhelp ensure these systems are stable, wellconfigured and continuously improved to effectively support business processes and deliver a positive employee experience.

You'll also

* Provide configuration and administration support across HR applications, ensuring platforms effectively enable HR processes and compliance requirements.
* Triage, investigate and resolve system incidents and defects, collaborating with Technology teams and vendors to deliver timely resolutions.
* Support system releases, testing and deployment of new features to ensure stable and high quality application performance.
* Partner with stakeholders across People & Culture to understand requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
* Contribute to ongoing system improvements and minor enhancements that optimise user experience and business processes.

About you

You're a collaborative and solutions focused professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process and technology. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you're comfortable partnering with stakeholders across HR and Technology to understand business needs and translate them into practical system solutions.

You'll also need

* Hands on technical support experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including system administration and configuration.
* Proven ability to triage, analyse and resolve system issues, including working with vendors on defect resolution and release management.
* Experience supporting BAU enhancements, minor system improvements and ongoing optimisation activities in HR technology platforms.
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, multi-platform HR technology environment while delivering to agreed time frames.
