Join a well-established construction and property group as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in shaping brand presence and engaging with stakeholders across multiple platforms.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing or communications role.
* Experience in construction, property, or professional services
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign essential) and MS Office.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, and EDMs).
* Design and produce marketing collateral including capability statements, CVs, and tender submissions.
* Develop engaging content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters and SharePoint updates.
* Coordinate event marketing, CSR initiatives, and community engagement campaigns.
* Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
