* Join the Group People (HR) team and develop and strengthen our governance across our global Learning and Leadership Centres of Expertise.

Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded professional to lead planning and governance across our global Learning and Leadership Centres of Expertise (COEs) and regional teams. This role is pivotal in establishing and embedding governance structures, aligning enterprise-wide planning and budgeting, and driving operational efficiency across a complex, matrixed organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain governance frameworks across COEs and regional teams to support clear decision-making and accountability.

* Lead strategic and budget planning processes, including business case development and operating model approvals.

* Partner with COE and regional leaders to align global strategies with local priorities and define decision-making roles.

* Establish and manage reporting structures to track engagement, progress, and effectiveness of governance initiatives.

* Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimisation opportunities.

* Ensure governance structures support collaboration and strategic alignment across the enterprise.

We’re looking for a collaborative leader with a strong enterprise mindset and a passion for enabling strategic clarity and operational excellence. You’ll bring a blend of governance expertise, strategic planning capability, and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Criteria:

* Proven ability to design and embed governance frameworks in global, matrixed environments.

* Strong strategic planning skills.

* Experience coordinating across multiple teams and managing complex workstreams.

* Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

* Demonstrated ability to drive change and transformation in learning or leadership contexts.

* A mindset that balances global consistency with regional flexibility.
