ASG Quality Control / Roadtester

Mercedes-Benz Canberra, part of the Autosprots Group (ASG), is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Quality Control / Roadtester to join our high-performing Service team.
This role is critical in ensuring every vehicle leaving our workshop meets Mercedes-Benz factory standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting final quality control inspections on vehicles post-service and repair
* Road testing vehicles to verify performance, safety, and repair accuracy
* Identifying and reporting faults, noises, or concerns prior to vehicle handover
* Liaising with technicians and service advisors to resolve issues efficiently
* Ensuring all work complies with Mercedes-Benz and ASG quality standards
* Maintaining accurate documentation and checklists
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Previous experience in a workshop environment (road testing, QC, or technician experience highly regarded)
* A sound understanding of vehicle systems and driving dynamics
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A current Australian driver's licence (manual essential)
* A professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
