Job Description
We are seeking a Concrete Production Specialist to join our team at the Boulder Creek Wind Farm in Rockhampton QLD. The primary focus will be ensuring production requirements meet manufacturing costs and customer expectations, with a focus on safety operating and maintaining concrete batching plants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commitment to Safety Standards
* Maintenance of pre-starts and maintenance records
* Operate plant and equipment efficiently to deliver high utilization
* Support maintenance within own competency
* Stock control and ordering of batch plant materials
* Support scheduling maintenance for Plant & Equipment and trucks
* Driving agitator Trucks when required
* Driving Front End Loader when required
* Accurate batching of orders to meet mix designs
* Dispose of waste safely and correctly
* Maintain good housekeeping around batch plants
* Attend to customer requests and enquiries
* Take orders and sell products and services
* Day-to-day administration of batch site
Essential Requirements:
* Physically Fit
* Current HR driver's license (desirable)
* Ability to pass medicals and inductions
* Knowledge of Legislation and WHS requirements
* Experience in Concrete technical roles and supervisory positions
* Front end loader ticket and Construction White card
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Solution orientated leader
