Were pleased to offer a part-time Early Childhood Teacher position at Botanic Ridge Kindergarten, located within the facility of Botanic Ridge Primary School. This school-based service is thoughtfully designed and embedded in a vibrant community a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a high-quality early learning environment.

Your Role as an Early Childhood Teacher
* Lead and contribute to high-quality programming and documentation
* Collaborate with colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences
* Promote trauma-informed and culturally safe practices every day
* Uphold compliance and regulatory requirements with integrity and professionalism
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and School Readiness Funding (SRF) plan
* Engage in partnerships with key stakeholders and participate in community consultations
* Listen actively and respond thoughtfully to the needs of children, families, and the community
* Mentor and support team members through reflective practice and shared learning
Who You Are
Were looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who:
* Ideally holds a Bachelor of Teaching (3-4 year qualification)
* Ideally has 3-5 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
* Brings warmth, energy, and enthusiasm
* Communicates with clarity and compassion
* Embraces innovation and continuous learning
* Is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood experiences
* Understands and actively promotes child safety and cultural safety
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
* Values collaboration and community engagement as part of their professional practice
