Job Description
* Be involved in deal origination, preparation of marketing materials, buyer research, valuation analysis, and due diligence preparation and coordination.
* Prepare industry research and market mapping to identify potential new clients or targets for private equity and corporate buyers.
* Assist in building financial data books and analysing financial models.
* Contribute to engagement planning and project management to ensure deliverables meet the project timetable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Two to five years' full-time work experience, preferably in a professional services environment, including one to two years prior transaction experience.
* Bachelor-level academic qualification(s) in accounting, commerce, finance, or law.
* Strong numeracy and written and verbal communication skills.
* A positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and desire to contribute to a highly motivated team.
