Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our community-led outreach programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our vision of empowering remote communities through innovative justice education.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with local communities to co-design outreach programs, coordinating service delivery and managing relationships with stakeholders, overseeing data collection and grant reporting, delivering community education on domestic, family, and sexual violence, and collaborating across teams to improve service delivery in underserved areas.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with local communities to co-design outreach programs that address their unique needs and concerns.
* Coordinate service delivery to ensure effective implementation of our outreach programs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and funders.
* Oversee the collection and analysis of data to inform program development and grant reporting.
* Deliver community education on domestic, family, and sexual violence, providing training and support to community members and organizations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery in underserved areas.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, community development, or public health.
* Proven experience in community engagement, program management, and stakeholder relations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
