Leading Functional Family Therapy in Child Welfare
As a Team Leader in our Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare Program, you will drive outcomes through evidence-informed practices and support your team in overcoming challenges. Our goal is to ensure the well-being of children and young people by providing them with the necessary care and resources within their existing homes or foster care placements.
Our program utilizes a family-therapy focused model that addresses the needs of high-risk families. This approach is grounded in the core principles of Functional Family Therapy (FFT), which has been specifically tailored to meet the unique requirements of families dealing with physical abuse or neglect.
This role requires a strong leader who can provide clinical guidance, ensure adherence to the FFT CW model, and contribute to the development of a supportive team environment. * Bachelor level in Social Work, Psychology or relevant discipline with 5+ years clinical practice in relevant therapeutic training and skills recognised in Australia.
* Willingness to gain accreditation in the Functional Family Therapy CW model and ensure your practice adheres with the model requirements.
