Job Role: Client & Team Administration Support
About the Job
This role is designed to support clients and internal teams by providing exceptional administration services.
* Client Communication: Manage client inquiries, respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
* Workflow Management: Coordinate client projects, schedule deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
* Document Preparation: Prepare and maintain documents and electronic files for clients and internal teams.
* Diary Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure staff are prepared.
* Team Support: Assist accountants and partners with client work, providing administrative support as needed.
* System Maintenance: Ensure practice management and CRM systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual with the following skills and qualifications:
* Administration experience in a professional services environment (accounting/financial services experience preferred).
* A minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a professional services environment.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills.
* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Confident computer skills with Microsoft Office essential (Xero/XPM highly regarded).
* Basic user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
* A proactive, friendly, and flexible personality with a strong work ethic.
