About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Allied Health Senior Administration Officer to provide high‑quality, centralised administrative support to our Allied Health team.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth operations across enquiries, client bookings, data analysis, reporting, document management, events coordination and practice management system administration. You will be the go‑to support for both internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing directly to a compliant, efficient and client‑centred service.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of
