We're looking for Electrical Engineering Graduates to start their career journey in our Fulton Hogan Utilities business.
Our Graduate Electrical Engineers work on site solving real problems every day. It is the Engineer's job to work as part of a team and plan the construction works, taking into consideration commercial, financial, environmental, safety and quality aspects of the task. They develop ideas, methodologies and bring everything together to ensure our works are delivered successfully.
Highlights of our Graduate Program
* A 12-month program that will expose you to a range offast-paced environments where no challenge is the same
* A specialised Career Development Framework (CDF) that maps out the skills, experience and competencies you need to progress from a graduate through to management
* Regular personal development sessions to enhance your professional growth
* A Graduate Group Project to engage with our senior leaders, sharpen your presentation skills, and innovate solutions to improve Fulton Hogan's operations
* A buddy who may be a current or recent Graduate, there to help you with those day-to-day questions
* A regional welcome and annual Grad Camp so you can network with graduates from your cohort and senior leaders in our business.
