Job Opportunity in Intensive Care Medicine
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated medical professional to join our team as an ICU Registrar. This is a fantastic opportunity for trainees pursuing a career through the College of Intensive Care Medicine.
The successful candidate will provide senior medical support to ICU HMOs and clinical management of patients in ICU. They will also assist in the management of acute deteriorating patients in the ward and Emergency Department.

* Deliver comprehensive clinical care to patients in ICU, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex medical conditions.
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* Liaise with ward nursing staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
* Medical registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
* MBBS or equivalent degree enabling registration with the Medical Board of Victoria.
* Satisfactory completion of at least three postgraduate years.
* Current registration as a CICM trainee or commitment to being selected in the CICM training program.
