We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist/Therapist to support the daily operations and continued growth of our 5‑star Retreat. The candidate will need to have great communication skills and be able to perform basic cleaning including back of house and guest areas such as reception, changing areas, spa lounge, restrooms, and guest lockers.
The successful candidate will possess the dedication to provide exemplary customer service to all our guests.
Diploma level qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage is preferred but not essential.
Extensive work experience in beauty and hospitality (2 years minimum) is requested.
Operation experience within a Day Spa environment.
An ability to produce accurate work outcomes in a timely manner.
Strong administration experience and Reception Skills such as guest bookings and managing payments.
The ability to multi‑task several jobs at once and effectively prioritise tasks.
A calm disposition with a solid ability to show initiative.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and solutions orientated.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
