About the Role
Cook / Commis Chef | An exciting career opportunity exists for a passionate Qualified Chef to join the team in FAR NORTH QUEENSLAND.
We have vacancies across our eight venues in Far North Queensland including:
* The Edge Hill Tavern, 4870
* Balaclava Hotel, 4870
* Woree Tavern, 4868
* Raintrees Tavern, 4870
* Mission Beach Resort, 4852
* Smithfield Tavern, 4878
* Gateway Hotel Mareeba, 4880
* Atherton Hotel, 4883
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
* Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
* An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* At least 2 years experience required
* Availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights & weekends
* Trade cooking qualifications are essential
* Flexible availability
